Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the Terms) govern your participation in the BabyLoveGrowth UGC creator program (the Program) operated through ugc.babylovegrowth.ai (the Service). By creating an account or participating in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• The Program is open only to creators based in the United States, Canada, or Europe, including the United Kingdom.
• You must have the legal right to open and operate any social accounts you connect to the Program (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook).
• Every social account connected to the Program must be based in and operated from the United States, Canada, or Europe, including the United Kingdom. Accounts based in or operated from any other country are not eligible for the Program or payout.
• One person may participate with one creator account. Social accounts may only be linked to a single creator.
• Each connected social account must complete the warm-up steps shown in the Service before you post Program videos on that channel.

3. The Program

We provide ready-made short videos and captions. As a creator, you agree to:

• Create new, dedicated accounts for the Program on the supported social platforms you choose to connect.
• Warm up your new accounts as instructed before posting.
• Post the video assigned to you each day, with the caption provided, on the Program platforms.
• Keep your posts public so their performance can be measured.

Each video is assigned to a single creator and may only be posted by that creator. Videos remain our property at all times.

4. Content License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to publish the videos and captions we assign to you on your Program accounts, solely for the purposes of the Program. You may not modify, resell, sublicense, or otherwise use the videos outside the Program. All intellectual property rights in the videos remain with us. Upon termination of your participation, published posts may remain live unless we request their removal.

5. Verification and Tracking

Payouts depend on verified activity. You acknowledge and agree that we automatically check the public content of your linked Program accounts — including posts, captions, view counts, and follower data — to verify that assigned videos were posted and to measure their performance. A post only counts once our system verifies a matching public post.

6. Compensation

• You must participate for a complete payout period to qualify. Joining after a payout period starts does not create a partial payout for that period.
• To unlock payout after completing a full period, you must fully complete at least 90% of the standard videos assigned to you during that period. A day is complete only when the assigned video is verified on every social account required for that day's assignment.
• After the 90% requirement is met, each connected social account can earn $50 in base pay for the payout period, up to $200 across four accounts.
• Each account must also have at least 1,000 combined views on assigned posts published during the applicable 30-day view window. An account below that threshold contributes $0, while otherwise qualifying accounts remain payable.
• Performance bonuses are paid per fully completed daily video based on verified view counts, beginning at 20,000 views, according to the tiers displayed in your dashboard.
• The optional $50 Fastlane pool is unlocked after at least 90% of assigned Fastlane videos are fully completed. The pool is divided equally across the connected payout accounts, and each account earns its share only if it meets the applicable 30-day view requirement.
• A $30 consistency bonus applies after 30 fully completed standard assignment days.
• Payouts are made once per month, by the 6th of the following month, via bank transfer through our payment provider (Stripe). You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes on amounts you receive.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Buy views, followers, or engagement, or use bots or automation to inflate performance.
• Falsely mark videos as posted, remove required captions, or alter assigned videos.
• Link social accounts that belong to someone else or share your Program accounts with others.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or the terms of the social platforms.

Violations may result in withheld payouts and immediate removal from the Program.

8. Termination

You may stop participating at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, including for inactivity, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms. Amounts already earned for verified posts in a completed month remain payable unless withheld due to fraud or breach.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee any particular level of views, bonuses, or earnings beyond the terms described here, and we are not responsible for actions taken by the social platforms (including account restrictions or removals). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Program is limited to the amounts payable to you for the month in which the claim arose.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
